2. How can I change my email address?

For Website:

  • Log in to your pickaboo account
    • Click ‘My Account’
    • Go to ‘Contact Information’
    • Select ‘Change Email’
    • Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.

For app:

• Open the pickaboo app
• Go to the "Account" section at the top left corner of your app
• Click ‘Sign In to your account’ and log in to your account.
• Select ‘Edit info’ option then ‘Change Email’
• Enter your new email address then enter your current password and select save to update.

3. How can I change the password of my account?

For Website:
• Log in to your pickaboo account
• Click ‘My Account’
• Go to ‘Contact Information’

• Enter your Current Password then enter your New Password and re-enter the New Password again to confirm


For app:

4. How can I create an account on Safety Source?

For Website:

5. How can I update my address?

Please click here to update your default address. If the order is placed then you have to communicate with us Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.

6. How can I deactivate my SafetySource24.com account?

You will not be able to deactivate your account from your end. You have to create a ticket click here. Our team will deactivate the account by the next 3 working days.

7. How can I cancel my order?

You will not be able to cancel the order from your end. You have to share the order number and cancellation reason through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will cancel the order.

8. Will I recevie any confirmation after placing any order?

Upon placing the order, you will receive a text message and an email with your order number, and a call for the verification of the Order

9. What should I do if I miss the order confirmation call?

We will attempt twice to confirm your order and if you miss the call then you can contact our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat or Support Ticket to confirm the order. If your order is already canceled then you have to place a new order form your end.

10. Are there any hidden costs or charges if I order from SafetySource24?

No. You only pay what you see. However, if you choose home delivery then you shall have to pay an additional charge for the delivery. And if you also request Installation or fitting of the ordered product, then such shall carry a small installation or fitting charge.

11. How can I place an order?

To place an order you have to visit our website. Then search your desired product, select the color and click ‘Buy Now’. 

Update your Name, Contact Number, Address and Select payment method. We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 500), bKash, Online Payment & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).

We highly recommend creating an account before placing the order.

12. How can I change or add new address after placing the order?

If you want to change your address after the order placement, you have to share the order number and updated address information through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat.

13. My order got canceled. What should I do?

If you want to make the payment online then you have to place a new order from your end. You can reorder from 'My Orders'. If required we can place a new order from our side if you want to avail Cash on delivery (Amount above BDT 500) or Card on delivery facility (Inside Dhaka Metro Only).

14. How can I add or remove any item in the order?

You can add or remove any item from your cart before placing the order. If the order is placed then you have to communicate with us Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket.

15. How can I change the Contact Number?

You can update the contact number from your account address book. If the order is already placed then you have to share the order number and updated contact information through our Call Center, Facebook Message, Live Chat, or Support Ticket and we will update the contact number.

Payment & EMI

1. Do you accept DBBL Nexus card?

You can make payment using only the VISA/Master card of Dutch Bangla Bank but we do not accept the Nexus card.

2. How can I avail Card on delivery?

We are providing the Card on delivery facility inside Dhaka metro city* only. Our rider will take the payment with the POS machine while delivering the product. You have to make the payment first after that our rider will handover the product.

3. I failed to make payment while placing the order. What shoud I do?

For bKash payment:

  • You can make the payment manually to our merchant number ‘+880 1711-195266‬‬’.
    • Make the payment using ‘Payment' Option.
    • Use your order number as a reference.
    • Share the transaction number, bKash wallet number, and amount with us after making a successful payment.

For Online payment:

  • You will not be able to make the online payment manually. If the online payment is unsuccessful, you have to place a new order with successful online payment.
4. Why your agent called me and asked for advance payment?

We are unable to provide Cash on delivery or Card on delivery facility with all of your products. We ask for the advance payment for security purposes because of the product price or size.

5. Can I make the payment using 'Rocket' wallet?

Currently, you will not be able to make the payment using 'Rocket' account. We accept only bKash payment.

6. What are the Payment methods?

We have Cash on Delivery (above BDT 500), bKash, Nagad, Online Payment (VISA/MASTER/AMEX) & EMI as payment method. You can also avail Card on delivery facility (inside Dhaka Metro City only).

7. Can I avail cash on delivery from outside Dhaka?

You can avail cash on delivery facility (any where is Bangladesh) if the grand total of your order is above BDT 500.

8. Why Cash on delivery is not showing?

Currently, we are unable to provide cash on delivery if the grand total of your order is below BDT 500. You have to make the payment in advance through bKash, Nagad or online.

EMI

1. What is the maximum complaint timeline for EMI activation?

If the EMI is not activated within 10 working days of the EMI form submission date, the customer must inform Pickaboo regarding the issue.

If the issue is older than 60 days, Pickaboo will not be liable for any additional charges.

2. Is there any EMI submission timeline?

There is no timeline to submit the EMI form but we ask the customers to submit the EMI form within the 15 working days of the transaction date. If the bank charges for delayed submission Pickaboo will not be liable.

3. What is the EMI activation process?
  • The full amount of the order will be frozen from your Credit by Online Payment (or Card on Delivery, Only inside Dhaka).
  • We will send the EMI form with your product or via email.
  • You must Sign and Complete the EMI form and submit it at Pickaboo within 3 working days.
  • Once Pickaboo receives this signed document from the customer, then it shall be submitted to the concerned bank to commence the EMI process.
  • The EMI processing will be handled by the bank itself *. After 10 working days, your bank will convert this into EMI.
  • From your next billing cycle, you will be charged the EMI amount and your credit limit will be reduced by the outstanding amount.
4. My EMI form is showing 0% convenience fee then why you are charging from us?

The bank does not charge the convenience fee directly from the customer. They charge the amount from the merchant. If we have any offer of 0% convenience then you will be able to get free EMI with no extra charge (as per offered tenure).

5. Can I avail EMI facility with low range products?

You will be able to avail EMI facility if the grand total of your order is over BDT 5,000 but you will not get 0% EMI facility. You have to pay convenience fees.

Inside Dhaka metro city you can avail card on delivery facility.

For outside Dhaka, you have to make the full payment online (Using your credit card) and the convenience fees using bKash.

6. What is the minimum amount to EMI facility?

EMI facilities are only available for products which costs over BDT 5,000.

7. Can I avail EMI facility with multiple products?

Yes, you can. The maximum offered tenure will be applicable for the whole order. If 0% EMI is not available with any of the items then you have to pay the convenience fee.

8. What is convenience fee?

A convenience fee is an amount you add to the purchase price. The customer pays this fee in return for being able to get EMI facility. Convenience fees are charged by businesses to cover the cost they pay to payment processing companies for when a customer pays by credit card.

9. What is EMI?

EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) is one of the payment methods of online shopping, only for the customers using any of the accepted Credit Cards on Pickaboo.com.* It allows customers to pay for their ordered products in easy equal monthly installments.*

10. Can make early settlement of my EMI?

Yes, you can. For that, you have to communicate with your concerned bank.

11. How long it takes to activate the EMI?

After receiving the EMI form we will forward it to our concern team to do further process and then they will submit the EMI form to the bank and the EMI will be activated within 10 working days from the submission date.

13. Can I avail EMI facility using Debit card/bKash/cash?

You can avail EMI facility only with a credit card. Currently, we have EMI facility with a credit card of 31 banks. You will not be able to avail EMI facility without a credit card.

14. SafetySource24 is saying they have refund the amount but I did not receive amount yet. What should I do?

Once we complete the refund process we close the order from our end. The refund takes time to transfer from our bank to your bank. You can send an email to your bank informing them that you did not receive the refund amount yet.

15. How to request a refund and what are the conditions?

Before delivery:

You can claim the refund anytime if the product is under processing. Once the product is dispatched for delivery, we will process the refund after getting the product returned. 

After delivery:

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/intact condition to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.

16. Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?

If you prefer to exchange your product, just let Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the requested product. But the product must be totally sealed/intact for any exchange.

If you choose a refund voucher, you can also use it to buy any product on pickaboo.com within the voucher amount.

17. How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?

This quality evaluation process takes maximum 7 business days depending on the refund method. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the quality evaluation.

19. Can I claim refund for my returned product?

You can claim a refund if your complaint regarding the product is valid and the product completes all the return steps

Refund Claim Procedure:

  • The customer has to create a ticket from their account, selecting “Delayed Delivery” or call the helpline (+8809666745745) or inform us through the website Livechat/Social Platforms.
  • Pickaboo Customer Support Team will check and investigate the complaint.
  • If the complaint is valid, the Customer Support team will confirm the customer through the ticket or call and proceed with the refund.
  • If the complaint is invalid, then the Customer Support team will inform the customer through the ticket or call with an explanation.
  • The refund will be made through Bkash.
  • The refund for the delivery charge may take up to 1-2 days.

 

Please NOTE that your refund request might be cancelled/ disqualified for any of the following reasons:

  • The customer's phone was unreachable
  • The delivery was rescheduled by the customer
  • The delivery area is not within our coverage
2. What is the delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery for orders inside Dhaka city is up to 3 Working days & for orders outside Dhaka, deliveries may take up to 5 working days.

Note:

  • Any order placed after 1 PM will be considered as an order of the next business day, not on the same day. 
  • Business Day: Saturday to Thursday, except for public holidays.
  • Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or a delay from the 3rd Party delivery service.
3. Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

You can change the shipping address if the order has not been dispatched. If the order is already out for delivery and you want to change the shipping address, then it will be returned to us, and then we can change the shipping address.

4. Can I pay through bKash after receiving the product?

You cannot pay through bKash while receiving the delivery. If you prefer bKash payment, then you have to make the payment first while placing the order, and then the delivery will be processed accordingly.

5. Can I get Express Delivery with all the products if I pay an extra Delivery Charge?

Express Delivery is available on selected products only. To find out if a product is eligible for Express Delivery, simply look for the ‘Express Delivery’ logo on the product page. Express Delivery eligibility can also be filtered on the website.

6. Can I collect a product delivery from your Pickup Point ?

SafetySource24 does not have any pickup points. We provide home deliveries inside the Dhaka Metro area using our delivery fleet and provide home delivery/pickup point delivery through a third-party courier service. But customers can collect the product from our office for the products marked as “Express”.

7. Does SafetySource24 deliver internationally?

While we do not ship internationally, if you purchase from our website or app from outside Bangladesh, please ensure the delivery address is in Bangladesh.

8. How can I get Delivery Outside Dhaka?

All our deliveries outside Dhaka are processed through a third-party logistics provider, Redx. Their home delivery service is defined as per their coverage areas. Redx provides pickup point delivery where their coverage is not available.

9. Can I get Home Delivery Outside Dhaka?

Home delivery facilities are usually available in the urban areas. If the delivery address does not fall under our delivery partner’s area coverage, you can collect the product from the designated pickup point. Also, if the courier service has coverage in your area, they might try to deliver it to your nearest location.

10. What is Click & Collect ?

Click & Collect with Pickaboo makes online shopping convenient in a way that suits you. You can collect your orders from our office directly within an hour of ordering (Saturday to Thursday), excluding public holidays. It’s the best choice if you want your product delivered urgently; however, we will keep your order at the collection point for up to 2 days if you can’t make it to the pick-up point right away.

  • If you order before 6 PM on a given day (Saturday to Thursday), you can collect from our office within an hour on the same day (excluding public holidays), or on your chosen day. 
  • If you place an order after 6 PM on a Thursday, the earliest you can collect your delivery is at 10 AM on Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Timings may vary based on the stock of the product.

12. Can I check the product before making the payment?
  • You have to make the payment first. 
  • The delivery rider will allow you to unbox the product. 
  • The customer must check the product in front of the delivery person for any mismatch or physical damage. 
  • Any claim of a mismatch or physical damage after the rider leaves will not be considered.
13. What is Express Delivery & How Does it Work?

Express Delivery is a shipping method offered by Pickaboo that guarantees the time of delivery for the ordered item within the Dhaka Metro areas. The customer will have to choose Express Delivery during checkout from the website or mobile app to avail this service. A customer is entitled to a BDT.500 Pickaboo Vouchers for every late delivery.

14. What Happens if I Miss the Delivery?

In case you cannot receive the delivery on time, the parcel will be returned to us and sent back to you again as per your request.

Return or Replacement

1. If your returned product is not validated for return, how are you informed?

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if you have.

2. How many times will you attempt to pick my returned item?

For pick-ups, we will make maximum 3 attempts at picking up the product. In an event where, after 3 attempts, you have failed to hand over the product to us, we will cancel your request for return, replacement, or refund.

3. What are the conditions of return?

The return of the products has to meet the conditions as per below according to the customer's claim. Details terms must be there when you claim any particular complaint. Please keep it in mind that products need to check in front of the riders.

  • Damage- When any customer claim product is damaged product does not needs to be in new condition or sealed. But the customer must need to provide us the product including warranty cards, manuals, tags, etc.).
  • Defective (As per brand policy): If the customer is claiming the product is defective. The product does not need to be in new condition or sealed.
  • Not as advertised- If the customer claimed that the product is not as advertised product needs to be in new condition and sealed. The product cannot be damaged too.
  • Wrong item delivered- If we deliver any wrong item product needs to be intact and in sealed condition. The product seal should not be broken EXCEPT for an item type that cannot be differentiated visually based on information provided on the box or packaging only. The product cannot be damaged.
  • Missing parts/items- If the customer claim any missing parts customer has to check it in front of the rider. The product has to be in new condition. If the product remains unsealed it will be accepted.
  • Change of mind- In terms of change mind customers have to return the product in sealed condition. He/she cannot open the box or check the product.
  • Signs of usage- If the customer claims the product is used, he has to return the product Completely. This claim has to be done in front of the rider.
  • Doubts on the authenticity- If the customer has any complaint of authentication he must return the product including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc. 


Note: The customer must return the product including the warranty cards, manuals, and box. Without the box any customer can not claim the warranty.

4. How to make a product return & what do I need?

Contact Customer Service at info@safetysource24.com to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure, and arrange a pick-up. Please be prepared to give the following information when you call Customer Service:

  • Your order number.
  • The reason for the return.
  • The original copy of the Customer Copy of the Invoice
  • The method of the return/replacement that you would prefer and the necessary information associated.
  • Where and when the product should be picked-up.
5. Once your product is received by safetysource24.com, what are the checks being done?

Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Control team. We will test whether the products fails to perform as you have claimed in your return form. We will also make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policy.

6. How long safety source will keep the Return/Servicing product?

Safety Source 24 will keep the product in their warehouse for 3 months. In between we will attempt to deliver the product or customers can collect the product from our head office. If any customer failed to receive the product within 3 months then Safety Source 24 will not be responsible for the product.

7. How to send your product to SafetySource24.com? How much will it cost you?

Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge inside Dhaka Metro City. If you live outside Dhaka, please send your product by Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will refund your courier charge (Applicable only once for 3 days easy return policy.

8. How long Safety Source 24 will take to return my product?

It will take 7 business days to get your returned product as we need to make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a Replace/Serviced.

  • Soon we receive your returned product, our aftersales team will check the product condition according to your complaint and it takes maximum 2 business days.
  • If the complaint is valid, the product will send to the vendor for replacement/service. 
  • The vendor checks the product and if the complaint meet their return policy then they replace/service the product.
  • After receiving the returned product we will dispatch it to your address.
  • The whole process takes 7 business days.

Note: The vendor might take more time for replacement/servicing if the product/parts are unavailable.

10. When I can return the product?

You can return any product within 3 calendar days after item delivery, if it meets the terms of our policy.

  • Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning.
  • Contact Pickaboo’s Customer Service (through Support Ticket, Live Chat, or Call) to submit a complaint/request for return.
  • Choose your preferred method of product return when you communicate with Customer Service.
  • Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.
  • If the return request is valid, you will get product Return / Replacement.


NOTE: You must provide the product box and all the accessories at the time of handing over the product.
